Exercise method :

If you feel that Planking is excessive for you, stop Planking.

1. The time listed in the 'Plank Challenge - 30 Days' table, which can be confirmed by pressing the 'PLANNER INFORMATION' button, is the Plank progress time in seconds for that date.

2. You can plan your plank for about 30 days by referring to the schedule chart.

3. Select the date in the planner and proceed with the Plank for the time corresponding to the date.

4. The number of plank progresses can be determined autonomously.

5. If the workout is finished, the background color of the planner date button changes and the number of completions is displayed.
